Assassins Quest by Robin Hobb

Assassin’s Quest, the third and final installment of Robin Hobb’s Farseer Trilogy is a brilliant read. I could go on and on about the book and tale but I don’t want to spoil it for any who choose to read the tale ( or any of Hobb’s other work, as I plan on for sure reading all of her books) . Once again the main character Fitz Chivalry is put to the test on every level of life. Be it his personal relationships with those close to him, his magic power of The Skill and The Wit or just the mundane task of everyday life. I feel personally that the tale ends good enough for Fitz. Maybe not the perfect way myself or Fitz for that matter, would want it. Tolerable none the less. This is one of the things I like about Hobb’s style of writing. Not all things always end how we want them to and this is true in our real lives as well. Just have to endure and go on. Much like the lives of Hobb’s characters. If your looking for a good fantasy read that has the perfect blend of magic, love, betrayal, victory and just plain old life, I highly suggest this trilogy by the great Robin Hobb. Two horns from me on this one y’all. Enjoy.. \m/ \m/
